FAQ

Common Questions

Do I need technical access to my website?
Yes, we need access to your website (Google Tag Manager, WordPress admin or server access depending on the setup method), your Facebook Business Manager and your Ads account. We handle everything from there and do not need ongoing access after setup.
What's the difference between Pixel and CAPI?
The Facebook Pixel is a JavaScript snippet in the browser — it fires when a page loads but can be blocked by iOS, ad blockers and browser privacy settings. The Conversions API (CAPI) sends events directly from your server to Facebook — it cannot be blocked by anything on the customer's device. Together, they capture virtually 100% of conversion events.
Will this improve my ad performance immediately?
You'll see Event Match Quality scores improve within 24–48 hours of setup. ROAS improvement is gradual — as Facebook's algorithm relearns with the better data, campaign performance improves over 2–4 weeks. Most clients see meaningful ROAS gains within the first week.
My ad account got restricted — can you fix it?
We can audit your account and identify why it was restricted, and guide you through the appeal process. However, we cannot guarantee Facebook will reinstate accounts — that decision is Facebook's alone. For restricted accounts, we often recommend setting up a fresh Business Manager with a clean structure.
